Well if Walex Commando didn't solve this and it's a concern for you then the obvious solution is to replace the probes with those that won't clog - Horst Miracle Probes or SeeLevel Tank Monitors That said, since faulty reading tank monitors is such a common issue many just ignore them anyway. ;)
