Blue Ox BX 8869 Tail Light Wiring Kit Installation Jeep 2016

Anyone has installed the Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit BX8869 on a 2016 Unlimited Jeep Wrangler.

I would like to get the base plate and wiring kit installed by the dealer (they never done one) but the service guy said that the Tail Light Casing was to small to accommodate the Blue Ox tail light wiring Kit.
