This probably wasn't the best place to ask this question because everyone here is in "RV trailer mode."
You have a FARM trailer that's only going to be on the road for agricultural purposes, with an SMV sign on the rear, right?
The axles are probably old full-floating truck axles right?
Your most practical solution will be a hydraulic surge brake system if you're trying to reuse old hydraulic brakes on the axles.
If the trailer has regular trailer axles, you should be able to bolt electric brakes on.
