Braking system on a Chev Equinox

Considering a purchase of Equinox. I have a US Gear system from an older install on CRV, but am interested in input from others on what braking system is installed on your Equinox and your satisfaction of the product. Not interested in removable units. Am especially interested in Air Force one if compatible with Equinox.

With US Gea. r it is always where to put the slave unit. Other than that if the braking system is compatible with the vacuum unit, it always worked great. That is why I wondered if anyone had installed one on a Equinox (Terrain)? Where did you put the slave unit?

  • We use the US Gear system also on our terrain (sister to the equinox). Works perfectly. Mind telling us why you're looking at something else?
