Bringing teenagers...leave tech at home or no?

I would not even bring up the topic. I would do what we normally do and if the 15 year old sees that there is fun without her devises, then great. Invite her to be a part of it all, but I wouldn't force her. At that age, IMHO, any forcing about when she can and cannot use her tech toys will only distance her from you. Now if it was my own kids, the topic would be looked at a lot differently. JMHO.
