And what is so bad about strict rules? When I was growing up we had to ask for permission to leave the dinner table. It was a "strict rule" as were many others. We dealt with it.
In the real world where these teens will soon reside there are plenty of "strict rules." If you have to be at work by 8 AM that is a "strict rule" and not merely a suggestion.
To the OP, it is your call. It is your RV and if they are invited they should be thankful. If you don't want tech distractions so be it. They don't have to come.
