We haul a TC, but this is appropriate for all RV owners, probably. Just recently returned from an extended trip cross-country, and it's tough to keep the bugs off when traveling - and tough finding...
My favorite is hydrogen peroxide. Cheap, add spray head from some other bottle that you are throwing out. Spray on, wait 5 minutes and watch the bugs foam up just like a sore that you would use the peroxide on. Wipe off. Easy peasy.
I use it on the camper, fairing and windshield of the Goldwing, and Aspen camper trailer.
