Sorry to hear of all the stuff that's happened to your rig(s) this summer... But, I wouldn't have let the lack of a microwave keep me at home... ;) If anything, I would have gone to WM and bought a cheapie one if it was needed that bad...
For the window, you can go to a automotive glass place and get a clear vinyl piece to temporarily take the glass's place.. If it's a very large opening, you could use some wood dowels or something as braces..
Anyway, I hope you are able to get a few more camping trips in this year!
