We've always driven with the fridge in auto which obviously means that it's on propane when driving. Does everyone else do this?

There are 12v. refrigerators!
We have RVed since 1991 - over 300,000 miles, with fivers and now a MH. NEVER travelled with propane turned on! NEVER have lost even an ice cube! Towed all over N>A from Orlando to Inuvik and Main to CA. spent the last 20 years in the AZ desert as snowbirds. I repeat - never have traveled with refrigerator/ propane turned on! Try it - you might be surprised!
