Here in the South East the dealer lots have a good selection. The prices are higher of-course. I've been to three places this week in Alabama and they all had a number of trailers ready to go of all sizes. Most of the smaller 5th wheel toy haulers I like are out west though. I have noticed the trailers feel lighter made, much more flimsy these days.
I don't see prices dropping soon, lots of folks retiring early around here and wanting to get out and travel.
I want to downsize more to around 30' or so, not many of those available in a toy hauler! I may have to order something new. I'm ready for a change, minimal slides or none, much shorter length to open up more rustic and older NF campgrounds. I don't enjoy being limited by a 44' long triple axle anymore.
