They have pages and pages of complaints yet folks keep going back.

As long as you keep fooling' enough you can put big $$$ in your pocket.
That tells me that they are a high volume dealer,and mistakes will be made.
I don't condone their actions in this case, but to stay in business that long they must be doing something right for someone.
