Something you may not have thought about: Does this RV park have a website? Make sure that the domain name and all related electronic assests are transferred to you as part of the deal. Domain name transferrs can be made by simply getting the account information where it is registered and changing the contact info and password. Make sure you get copies of the website's pages in order to change contact info the website may contain. Don't forget passwords for blogs and email accounts.
