With all respect, and I don't want to start a fight with anyone, but unless you have owned a business, as your sole support for at least 5 years your knowledge is very limited.
The OP's posts, (both of them) threw up a lot of red flags, for us old guys.
We were not trying to be snotty or mean, we were just trying to say, this is what we have learned from the school of hard knocks.
A huge percentage of new business fail. To not listen to advice from the old warhorses, like SDPARKOWNER. And others is in my opinion unwise
