- ApprovedAnonymousI don't know of any mountain communities in So Cal that would allow you to place an RV in a lot for use as a second home. I seriously doubt you could even get the required permits to bring in utilities or build a septic system.

I get away with one-nighters with no sewer or water hooked up haha... Glad I have it here at home so I can work on the mods...
