You might try looking into a mouth guard type appliance instead of a c-pap for camping. I have a Meyerson EMA which advances my lower jaw some and stops my sleep apnea. They are a little spendy and some insurance doesn't like to pay for them (mine was fine). You may have to do your own legwork to find someone that sells them as the sleep doctors generally don't. They make their money off of the c-paps. I had to go to a dentist.
