I agreed to help a fellow RV'er in Maryland and act as his buddy driver when he went for his Non-CDL Class B. The examiner wanted to see my CDL and my medical certificate before he would even walk out to the RV. He asked to see my medical certificate. Since I was no longer driving commercial, I didn't have one. I informed him that I didn't have one and didn't need one and he simply grunted, but he did proceed with the test. I don't know if it was a trick question, or he was just ignorant.
