Couple of things... first thanks to all for your opinions, recommendations and excellent suggestions.
As mentioned, I bought the mh in Oregon and drove it down here...so the dealer is of no help.
There are "0" rv dealers here in Ridgecrest...no help there.
I've contacted our local rv club and would you believe no one has a mh of over 40 feet so none have the Class B non-commercial license.
I don't need someone to drive it to Bishop for me, I just need someone to go along with me as my learner's permit will allow me to drive the mh "if" I have a licensed person with me.
I will contact our local Good Sam club and see if any of them have the correct license and would be willing to go along with me.
All that said... i would think that if I got the mh up to the DMV in Bishop, it wouldn't matter to the person giving me the driver's test how it got there. Just as soon as I take the test (and hopefully pass) I will then be a legal licensed driver. I just don't see what difference it would make to the DMV. Now I suppose they could contact the local LEO and I could get a ticket, but they would have to prove that I drove it up there. I could always say the person took the toad and went back home on important business or something.
Well, I guess we'll see.
Again, thanks to all who responded.
