Looks like he has a thumb screw setup. That is new for a EAZ-Lift, at least I havent seen it before. Regardless, dial it back some and reduce the front end load. Ron is 100% right, you dont want the front end going down at all. The rear suspension will take care of itself, get that front dialed in.
If you have access to one reasonably close by, go to a CAT scale and get some weights. That will give the best picture possible to getting it setup right. $12-$14 depending on what they charge on reweighs and you will have all the info you need in a few minutes.
