I wonder if we would have all these regulations in California if we hadn't propagated like bunnies and grown so fast. Oh that right, until a few years ago someone like me, a second generation Californian were rare. Where did all those folks that caused our population booms and didn't pay attention to public safety and pollution come from, Detroit where the water is so polluted that you aren't even supposed to water your lawn with it, or Kentucky where fracking caused earthquakes are more common than natural ones are in CA, OH YEAH, they came from the East and South.
I don't think we need all the Nanny Laws we have but most of them do make sense and they are in many cases helping improve our quality of life. Just recently somebody just voted out the preservationist from the Coastal Commission and the antipollution director from the Air Quality Management District, if you look into the Big Money interests involved, maybe just maybe, they are from the East and South.
So remember the next time you bash us out here that Yosemite, the Redwoods, the Bristlecone pines, Death Valley, Highway 1 from San Diego to Oregon Boarder, Mt. Whitney and a million other reasons many of live here, including the lives of all of you that want to move out here for our unbelievable live style of Skiing, Surfing and viewing the Wildflowers in the desert all in one day, our laws are meant to try and keep California a healthy place to live.
And the next time you want to skirt Los Angeles because of the traffic, while we have the worst traffic congestion in the nation, we don't have the worst drivers, we have the most people and once again they weren't all born here, they are folks who came to **** and pillage our resources and for our laid back lifestyle.
If you get to read this, I'll be surprised, I think the moderator will have to remove it because it is too direct and offends to many, but it has been cathartic to write it.
