It is simple to make a clickable link.

Use the first symbol after the address and the second symbol before the address. I had to reverse their order to make the demonstration work be sure to follow the reverse order.

Do not leave any spaces between the symbols and the address at either end. The word Clicky can be changed for any word or group of words that one prefers just be sure that the symbols are as shown without any spaces in them.
