BUT..something here seems out of bounds to me
its a commercial..rented..leased coach..right ?
Nelly is not responsible for the stickers, that is up to the leasing company
the driver is responsible for, taking it on the road without complaining,about the lack of stickers, which he should know might get him stopped
in my opinion.. the cops had no business going past the driver compartment
without clear and apparent "danger of a heinous crime"
social issues of drug use not with standing, they were the passengers, NOT the operators

would they stop a Greyhound bus, smell something and search the bus
how many pot heads, have gotten on a bus when stoned ?
passengers not causing trouble, ever been searched and arrested for it ?
