Maybe something came up? We weren't able to get some wood, we drove into town and bought some. Didn't sulk, didn't complain. Maybe they had the off season lazy bug. Maybe they had something come up. Maybe they had an emergency or had a day off.
Who knows. I wouldn't judge someone based on not being available to get you some wood on a single day over the year.
