Campers who bully and badger

A few years ago I was chatting with a gent in the shade of a tree and this lady was busy approaching every person she met and holding onto them while she babbled on and on endlessly and aimlessly. She really made a name for herself in the campground...most called her the "nut".
All of a sudden she saw us standing and talking and I said "holy c*** here she comes". Shes some kind of a nut case and I don't want to get cornered by her again. The guy just said" "yeah, I know.....shes been off her meds the last few days". Turns out it was his wife. I didn't slow down long enough to apologize, I just turned and exited like I had wheels.
