We will tell you certain phone networks have worked for others, people use our wifi trouble free every day and many guests use their satellite systems, but we won't guarantee your setups will work.
That's all I ask. If others have received Verizon, I know I will. If others have received satellite, I know I will. But to say I will have a satellite friendly site then park me where a tree is obviously in the way tells me that you only say I will get a satellite friendly site to get my reservation. I have had this happen on many occasions but a park only does it to me once! It's really not that difficult to look towards Texas and see if it is obstruction free. With the prevalence of satellite systems I do not understand why each campground doesn't have a map with all of the satellite friendly sites clearly marked so they can reserve an appropriate site when someone calls. They do that for the size of the rig and electrical requirements, why not satellite?
