Over the years as camping/rving has become more popular, those types of problems have gotten to be more common. It's one of the reasons that we prefer to have full hookups and have our own facilities. In our popup days, we managed quite well with state campgrounds (NY, mainly) and private campgrounds but if we were starting out today, having your own toilet is almost a necessity, IMHO.
