It's not just campgrounds. Just look along your highways. As a church and Lions Club member I've helped clean along highways. By the time you get a mile clean you could start over again picking up the trash dumped while your were cleaning. When I was a boy Scout the rule was "you leave nothing behind and make the place look like you were never there".
