THAT is why, here in Montana, it is absolutely against the rules to empty your RV holding tanks (no matter how small they are) into the vault toilets!
Those toilets are pumped out on a schedule. It wouldn't take very many RV loads of waste water to fill them to overflowing long before the scheduled pump out! Some people seem to think that they are traditional outhouses, where the liquid percolates through the ground, and when the pit is full, they dig a new one and move the house onto it. In fact, they are sealed concrete vaults that must be pumped out. That is also why no trash, not even a pop can or beer can should EVER be tossed into one! Such trash can plug the suction hose.
Please, just read the rules, and follow the rules. It isn't that difficult!
