The closest to Wilmington and the easiest in and out would be Lums Pond State Park Campground in Delaware. It has a limited number of sites with electric. Most sites are no hookups. Lots of room between sites. There are water faucets throughout the park and a very convenient dump station. The bathhouse/showers are basic state campground type but are usually clean. It is very close to interstate 95 and easy access to routes 40 and 13 that take you straight into Wilmington.
