Many cars with keyless entry don't have that option, the car locks (and beeps) automatically when you step away -- the beeps can be silenced (I've silenced mine), but it requires wading through the menus to find the option.
If you go camping a lot and get in and out of your car a lot, it's worth wading through convoluted menus.
