Many cars with keyless entry don't have that option, the car locks (and beeps) automatically when you step away -- the beeps can be silenced (I've silenced mine), but it requires wading through the menus to find the option.
If you go camping a lot and get in and out of your car a lot, it's worth wading through convoluted menus.

So that it doesn't get lost in discussion, this one is REALLY IMPORTANT:
Don't take up two (or more) parking spaces with your RV when visiting towns.
RVers are guests in other places. We represent the RVing community. In addition to getting ticketed, we are creating our own bad PR.
