We can't take our well behaved, very docile retired Greyhound into lots of locations(down trails, onto beaches etc.), due to the idiot dog owners who feel the rules are for other people. If the rule requires a 6' leash and most do, your 30' expandable leash DOES NOT comply!
I am so sick of Fido, 30' out in front if his owner coming into our site and yapping or worse at our Greyhound who is on her 6' leash bothering no one. These leashes besides being stupid are very dangerous. Google them and you will discover that they are one of the most hazardous consumer products you can buy. Falls due to becoming tangled are common and many have lost fingers that got wrapped in the thin line when fluffy bolted. If the rule says 6' it means exactly that, compliance is not based upon when you happen to feel like it.
OK, rant off for now.
