Is this a state thing? The majority of campgrounds in Connecticut do not have sewer at every site. Actually, I am not sure if I have ever been to any campground that has sewer hookups for every site.
Or.... do you mean campgrounds have to have dump stations? But not even that - my favorite campground in Connecticut has no dump station.
