Who ever runs the campground should have stepped in for you.
I would never camp at a place like that in the first place, and probably neither should you.
I avoid rv parks except maybe once a week for chores.
I avoid public campgrounds in the summer for the most part because working people show up on Fri and Sat nights and drink and have parties to all hours.
Try some boondocking.
