The worries at Fishing Bridge do not revolve around the bears actually getting into someone's RV. The fear is the smells will attract bears to the campground in general. If a grizzly develops an interest in the campground it will be hazed away. If it repeatedly returns, often a sentence of death is imposed. Trapping and relocating a bear that is habituated to humans is considered ineffective and potentially dangerous. The park has a vested interest in never having a relocated bear subsequently being involved in an attack. Unfortunately, the bear has no say in the matter. That is why there are strict rules regarding food storage and probably why Fishing Bridge is designed to be picnic unfriendly.
