I'm trying to figure out your beef with CW. Sounds like to me you should be complaining about the carrier. Was this UPS, Fed EX, ect....
This is Not about the carrier
It's how long it takes the seller to process and pack and ship the order
Stick and brick are dipping their toes in the water, trying out online, but it is not their major market
Amazon is exclusively online, while testing things like grocery delivery in select markets
Camping world doesn't have the localized warehouse distribution that Amazon has
Although I agree eleven days is too much , in this age
Having sold through Amazon, let me give you the best-in-class benchmarks: Amazon & Walmart.
1. Regular order - seller should ship within two days, almost everyone, within 24 hrs.
2. Prime sellers and Amazon itself (called Amazon fulfilled), within the day because it's promised as 2-day delivery.
3. Non prime but you want your delivery facilitated to 2-days, pay up higher shipment provided by UPS, FedEx and USPS.
4. Performance of sellers are monitored strictly. Privileges are withheld with below par and kicked out promptly when no improvement are seen.
I am seeing this now industry wide with Home Depot, etc.
