I once stated the same opinion and got blasted for not supporting the brick and mortar store. I guess some people are ok with throwing away their money by buying the same thing at CW at an inflated price.
I'm more careful with generalizations.
I, or we, should wish Camping World to succeed and be the same as Amazon in product delivery turn around and Toyota service (or Tesla, if we can dream that they'll also do on site repairs), for our emergency repairs when we are somewhere in the boondocks and they are the nearest resource.
So yes, Tesla does on site service. Their road ranger program is getting quite extensive.
