I've had good experience returning a product to CW purchased from their online store. It was one of those retractable pet leashes that you pound into the ground. It stopped retracting after one use. They happily sent me a new one, although that one stopped working my last trip a week ago.
I recently needed a telescoping 10.5 ft ladder. The one on CW's site is 214.99 - on sale, and is inferior to the one I found on Amazon for 73.99 that also came with a very nice storage bag. Both locations were free shipping.
