Camping World Sofas

Anyone have any experience with the fake leather recliner sofas sold by Camping World, e.g., item #70231d?

I assume they will fit through the door and are not too hard to secure. Wondering if they are a low clearance recline since they would go on the slide which has minimal clearance to the wall? Durability?
