Kansas, I'm really glad that your local CW is doing a good job for you and hope they continue to do so.
It would not appear that you read the article in full that accompained my posting of the results.
It would also appear that you didn't (don't) bother to learn anything about a company (or people) before you make disparaging remarks about them.
If you're happy then I'm happy for you. You're obviously in the 35% group (even the 9%). If CW follows your lead and just blows off the other 65% I don't think their business model is as good as it could be.
