Can I ask?: RV driver wanted Maine to Texas....

I thought I posted this yesterday and can't find it... I posted a very general question in the general forum about asking for driver help... Not sure if this meets the forum rules... (this is my 2nd or 3rd post)

So, 1) Is it permissible to ask for help as I did in this subject line?

If not,

2) Where is the best place on the web to post RV help requests on the net.

Thanks! -MaineBob
  • ...wonder what they will charge; $2 bucks a loaded mile?
  • Thanks ecoast and hitchup.... I went to Uship and just placed a listing. E Z ! -MaineBob
  • With Uship you can get a quote for any RV or any Vehicle from zip code to zip code.

They also have a list of RV shippers.
  • Actually, Let me be more specific... I want to hire someone with an RV or HD truck to toe a small car on a tandem wheel trailer with electric brakes. It is a 2100 mile trip Maine to Texas. I know about shipping the car by itself but we want to get the trailer to Texas too. Thanks. -MaineBob
  • There is a website www.uship.com

You list your need and professional drivers will place bids to move your RV.

There are reviews posted by folks who have used the driver's service so you can choose someone with a great rating.
