Can I flat tow a golf cart?
Simple question. Can I flat tow a golf cart? Assume that the golf cart is tow-able, will it be able to stay behind on the highway?

As the others have said, NO! It will not last long at highway speeds. You don't pull something that's built to go top speed of 14 MPH, at speeds of 55+.
