Can I flat tow a golf cart?
Simple question. Can I flat tow a golf cart? Assume that the golf cart is tow-able, will it be able to stay behind on the highway?

If you are looking for something small get a smart car. They are about the same length, almost the same price (as long as its not the convertible) and are rated for 90. :)
I don't think they will let you on a golf course though. :)
