You make a good point that I forgot about. In Myrtle Beach where we spend the winters, golf carts are registered with South Carolina and can be driven on any secondary road that has a speed limit of 35 mph or less. This would preclude ever towing a golf cart down an interstate. My guess is other states have similar laws.
