If I had proof. Otherwise I said he said. Wasn't me you got the wrong guy. Stirring the pot without proof just gets stink on everyone and resolves nothing.
I just wanted people to be aware of some people's attitude of acceptable campground behavior.
TO me that is just an excuse to justify inaction. report and let the people in charge determine culpability
