After reading this, I am glad I didn't use the water fountain. However, when I was at punderson state park people cleaned up after their dogs. Many walked dogs out of their spaces. I didn't see another let the dogs pee near the picnic tables or fire rings or water spigots. I will pay more attention next time I go.
