You can tow one and my Sears LT1000 Lawn Mower can spot one in my back yard too but I bet you will not be a happy camper.
Old school still says 7500lbs for F150's
My 8800lb sticker 2004 Flagstaff 5th wheel that the dealership said "Sure - you can tow this with your F150 truck" made it about 250 miles before I parked up next to woods here and still use it today for a get-away place here at the house for us and the visiting kids.
My F150 does great towing my loaded down 4200lb Off-Road POPUP trailer anywhere my 4WD truck will take it... Gets good gas mileage too on the road... When we are making a run to Gatlinburg TN we will see the same big rig pass us two or three times. Guess he is making multiple fuel stops along the way... We can make the 450Mile one way trip on one tank of gas...
