Can you - sure! Plenty of products on the market to make that possible. Should you? The challenge is trying to keep the truck under its rear axle and gross vehicle weight ratings. This is more difficult for crew cab 4WD trucks that are more common than regular cab 2WD trucks with the most payload. The F-150 with Heavy Duty Payload Package is the highest in class. Even that has limitations as the bed is 6.5' (not 5.5 you listed). And they are rare. As much as Ford and RV forum members tout this great compromise vehicle (just like 3/4 ton SUVs), try to find one.
