We have a 10x10 Ez-Up from Sams Club. Runs $200, comes with 4 sides, and is for the money about the best without spending a ton more... It is heavy, but very study. A small amount of water may collect as the fabric ages and stretches as mentioned. We had one for over 10yrs before finally ripping a little. Bough a new one last year or two years ago. Working great again!!!
Any of the cheaper, lighter ones that have an "arch" style frame holding the fabric up don't stand up to heavy winds or rain very well it seems. Ours has a truss style frame from leg to leg, with a center pole that holds the fabric up. I will see if I can find it online. Possible the Eclipse or Explorer model.... Something like that....
