As stated above, it is probably 6,000lbs total trailer weight and 600lbs tongue weight when use in weight carrying mode.
It is probably 12,000lbs total trailer weight and 1,200lbs tongue weight when used in weight distribution mode.
Those numbers relate to what is commonly known as a Class III hitch or Class IV when used in WD mode.
I must say however that those numbers are most likely from an installed aftermarket hitch. The normal receiver limits for those years of Ford F250 and F350 (which used the same receiver) was 500/5,000 and 1,000/10,000. Same classification as above.
