Thank you for the replies..I just took it to the local welder whom welds for all the logging outfits and ranchers for his opinion on the hitch and the capabilities of it.He says the hitch is solid and reinforced in all the right places and he would haul a backhoe with that hitch on that truck...Good enough for me..
I did not want to upgrade the hitch unless I had to but I did need to know what it was capable of.
