Well, that doesn't sound right as I have no problem running the three sets of speakers in our older TH all together, independently, or any combination I choose. Another common scenario for us is kids watching TV and we want to listen to our music in the bedroom, we have 2 unmarked toggle type switches that we manipulate to send audio to only the intended zones. Being a new rig call Keystone for info, may not be wired properly. I would post this in the TH forum as there are sure to be many Carbon owners that may help solve this issue.
